INVESTORS: NOW IS A GREAT TIME TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF BONUS DEPRECIATION. BUY PROPERTY BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR TO TAKE ADVANTAGE A 60% BONUS DEPRECIATION RATE, WHICH DROPS TO 40% IN JANUARY 2025.
SELLERS: IF YOU CAN WAIT TO SELL, HOLD OUT UNTIL SPRING 2025. BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU SHOULD WAIT TO GET THE BALL ROLLING. PREPARING NOW CAN POSITION YOU TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MORE BUYERS AND POTENTIALLY HIGHER PRICES.
